Please Read Below Before Booking a Session!
SERVICE AREAS - Queen City Location: Charlotte, Concord, Kannapolis, and Salisbury Areas; Triad Location: High Point, Jamestown, Greensboro, and McLeansville Areas NOTE: Please be sure to choose the appropriate location prior to selecting your service. Failure to schedule yourself properly could result in your session being rescheduled.
NEW HERE? All New Practice Members Must Book a Discovery Session. Please note that after you book your Discovery Session, you will be charged a $50 deposit to hold your session time. This is required.
Mobile/In-Home Visits currently include a 30-45 minute travel radius within the current service area(s). Convenience fees are assigned prior to service and may be waived for groups/families of 3 or more individuals. If you are outside of this radius, please call the office to discuss your options.
ALREADY A MEMBER? Book the follow-up session option that applies to you and/or your family. (Each member’s session must be reserved individually.): Please be aware of your membership billing cycle dates so you are scheduling yourself properly. Failure to schedule properly could result in your session being rescheduled.
BEEN A WHILE? If it has been 3 months or more since your last session, it is time for a Progress Exam. (Please call our office to book this appointment!.) If it has been 12 months or more since your last session, you MUST schedule a Discovery Session.
